When I was studying I had my “finger” in a few other things as well. I was a bra fitter! I loved it, I enjoyed talking to women, I loved helping them find confidence and a right fit. And it definitely helped financially during my study!
But once I finished my study I felt I wasn’t able to do both well. So I decided to let it go. It wasn’t and easy choice, but I like to do everything I do well. Even now, there are so many styles of training I want to learn and do, I have so many interest. And enjoy learning new things. But I know that if I spread myself to thin over all the things I want to learn and do, I won’t do all of them well! So I try to not get to carried away and focus on what I love the most, what I am most passionate about!
It is still easy to Learn lots to be able to help clients, and use all skills and knowledge to assist them in reaching their goals. Sometimes it laps over so cements it more, others it is skills that I can use for everyone.
I remember when I went to do training in Seniors, I learnt so much that I could also put in place for my younger clients to give them the head start!
As much as the saying Jack of all trades, master of none sometimes apply it doesn't necessarily apply when you are furthering your skills in your chosen career. Bring on my future development so I can always be the best I can be, to help others be the best they can be.
