I am a mum of three, I am a wife, I have faced some awful poo but have come through the other side.
Growing up I never really was into fitness. I played hockey but was to laid back, I don’t have a competitive bone in my body. As I got older I tried to at least go for walks to be a bit fit. The wedding came around, walked more did a few at home exercises out of a magazine. After my second child I tried going to gym, didn’t really have a clue of what I was doing but gave it a go. Then had my third child, got busy and lazy.
Was standing at the shops looking at buying a size 18 jeans, when something just clicked in my head. And I refused to buy them that is when I started walking, then built up to doing exercises at home. I finally built up the courage to attend group fitness classes, then the gym. I fell in love with moving my body. And after a random conversation with my husband, I made the choice to study to be a group fitness and Personal Trainer so I could help others like me! That is my passion, that is what drives me everyday to help you find your fitness, to help you know what the next step is when you are ready to make it!
